  Types of Personal Information Collected

Most of the personal information collected by us is required by Singapore's Ministry of Manpower (MOM), who will need it to issue you a maid work permit. The types of personal information we collect from you include (non-exhaustive):

-          Contact details (eg: name, NRIC number, address);

-          Residence details ;

-          Details of family members;

-          Income details;

-          Past history of maid employment (if any).

Other types of personal information that might be collected include records of communication between us, whether via phone, SMS, our website, e-mail or walk-ins.

Processing your application for a maid;

- Running necessary administrative or background checks as required by us, MOM, other statutory boards, or third party service providers (such as insurance companies);

  Your Consent

We may require you to sign a consent form when engaging our services. In the absence of a signed consent form, we will consider the use or continued use by you of any of our services as deemed consent to our collection, use or disclosure of your personal information for the reasonable purposes that are connected to the provision of our services to you.


 Deployment of New MDW

We provide deployment of new MDW from an approved source country or territory, which includes Indonesia, the Philippines, and Myanmar.

Transfer Helper

Transfer Domestic Workers are readily available helpers in Singapore. They are available for face-to-face interviews which give you, the employer, a better gauge and feel of the helper. These Domestic Workers can be deployed in your house typically around 1-2 weeks.

Direct Hire of MDW

If you plan to rehire your former Domestic Worker back from her country, Domestic Worker Management can assist you in processing the full documentation until the Domestic Worker arrives in Singapore.

Maid Passport

We can assist in processing documents to respective embassies, like Domestic Worker passport renewal, home leave documentation, etc.

Comprehensive Insurance Coverage

Domestic Worker Management can assist clients in purchasing of Domestic Worker's medical insurance and a $5K security bond as per MOM Regulations 

Waiver of Security Bond

Employers are required to place a security deposit of $5,000. The bond is between you (the employer) and the Government of Singapore. The objective of the bond is to ensure that both you and your workers comply with the conditions of the Work Permit.



Renewal of Work Permit

Employers are required to renew your helper's Work Permit before it expires. MOM sends out Work Permit renewal letters 6 to 8 weeks before the permit expires. To ensure that the worker's insurance package (security bond, medical and personal accident insurance) is complete to facilitate Permit Renewal.

Home Leave Processing

Foreign Domestic workers going on home leave must ensure that their home leave papers are properly processed at the embassy in Singapore before departure. This will help to ensure a hassle-free return from their countries of origin to Singapore.

Our service for home leave processing includes guidance or application of waiver of foreign worker's levy. We also assist employers with the purchases of return air tickets at very competitive rates
